Whether as a restaurant critic, as a chef or as a barman, Patrice Plante, founder of Monsieur Cocktail and NOA, has always been driven by a boundless passion for food and drinks, the quality and origin of ingredients, and the art of creating delicious dishes and drinks with the simple aim of putting smiles on faces. He starts every NOA recipe in his kitchen, experimenting with different ingredients until he perfects the recipes.
Tasting Notes:
Italian Aperol strongly inspires NOA Italian Aperitif. This aperitif offers notes of orange peel, tangerine juice and rhubarb, with that bitter-sweet finish of caramelized barley sugar that has delighted spritz lovers for generations. Light, sweet, fruity and slightly bitter, this perfectly balanced drink is everything you could want from an aperitif, minus the alcohol.
Best Enjoyed:
Over LOTS of ice, mix 2 parts NOA Italian Aperitif with 3 parts Oddbird Spumante, top with soda, and garnish with an orange slice for a zero-proof Italian Spritz.
